FAQ
Questions, answered plainly.
The things people actually ask before reaching out — about live production, about the systems, about how any of this actually works. Didn't find yours? Ask it directly.
General
Who is Eric Zwanenburg?
Eric is a live production and streaming specialist, automation consultant and AI-native web developer working across three companies: Castelein AV and First Impact Live for live production, and his own practice for automation and web development. Thirty years of building things across the Netherlands, the Dominican Republic and Mexico — see the full story.
Do you only work with clients in Mexico?
No. Castelein AV and First Impact Live serve international clients bringing productions into Mexico, but the automation and web development work is fully remote and serves clients anywhere.
How do I start working with you?
Start a conversation or message on WhatsApp. Tell me what's going on — a production, a system or a website — and I'll tell you plainly whether it's a fit.
Do you offer free consultations?
The first conversation is free and has no pitch attached. It's a real look at what's happening in your business or project, and whether a system, a production or a website would actually change the outcome.
Live Production & Streaming
What's the difference between Castelein AV and First Impact Live?
Castelein AV handles local event production in Mexico — audio, video, lighting, staging and livestream — for international agencies. First Impact Live is a corporate broadcast production company: town halls, executive broadcasts, hybrid events and multi-site productions, wherever the client is. See the full breakdown.
Can you produce an event outside Mexico?
Castelein AV is based in Mexico and focuses there. First Impact Live handles corporate broadcast productions more broadly. Get in touch with the details and the right company or partner becomes clear quickly.
What kind of events do you produce?
Corporate conferences, brand activations, town halls, executive broadcasts, hybrid and multi-site productions, and destination events — anything where the show has to go out live, correctly, the first time.
Do you do livestreaming for weddings or private events?
Yes, selectively. Eric founded one of Mexico's first dedicated destination-wedding livestreaming companies and built it into a recognized name across the Riviera Maya before selling it — that same production standard is available for select weddings and private events on request, alongside the corporate and agency work. See the destination event streaming page.
Do you produce executive broadcasts and corporate town halls?
Yes — internal broadcasts for leadership and staff, from single-market updates to global town halls with live Q&A across regions. See the executive broadcasts and town halls page.
Do you produce webinars?
Yes — marketing and training webinars produced with the same direction, graphics and reliability standard as a live broadcast, not a screen-share with slides. Details on the webinar production page.
What's involved in a hybrid event?
An in-room audience and a remote audience produced as one show — camera direction, audio and interaction designed for both at once, not a webcam pointed at a stage. More on the hybrid events page.
Can you handle a live production across multiple sites or cities at once?
Yes — multi-site productions with central direction, per-site connectivity redundancy and synchronized timing across offices, cities or countries. See the multi-site production page for what's included.
Automation & Growth Systems
What is a Business Growth System?
One connected system — website, SEO, CRM, automation, AI, sales process and reporting — instead of a pile of disconnected tools. Read the full breakdown.
I already have a website and a CRM. Do I need this?
Probably not everything — the point isn't buying more tools, it's connecting what you have (or replacing the pieces that are quietly leaking leads) so nothing depends on your memory. A short conversation is usually enough to tell what's actually missing.
How long does it take to install a growth system?
It's installed in six stages — Discover, Position, Build, Automate, Optimize, Scale — not a big-bang rebuild. Each stage ships something you feel immediately, and the full sequence is discussed in the first conversation, not before.
Is this only for service businesses?
It's built specifically for established service companies with real demand that's being held back by how they operate — not pre-revenue businesses, and not a fix for a positioning problem software can't solve.
AI-Native Web Development
What does "AI-native" web development actually mean?
The site is designed and built in direct collaboration with AI, end to end — positioning, content, code, motion, SEO — by one person, not handed between a strategist, a designer and a developer. This site is the proof: it's been fully rebuilt twice, each time in a single working session. See the full process.
Is an AI-built website lower quality than a hand-coded one?
The code is production code, not a template. AI collapses how long it takes to build — it doesn't lower the bar for what "finished" looks like. Typography, accessibility, performance and motion are still tuned by hand.
How fast can you build a website?
Days, not months, once positioning and content are settled. Speed comes from having one person carry the thinking from brief to launch, not from cutting corners.
Can you redesign an existing site, or only build new ones?
Both. A full rebuild is often faster and cleaner than trying to patch an existing structure, but it depends on what's actually broken — worth a conversation either way.
Still have a question only a real conversation can answer?
